I have a 2005 Chevy SSR with 6.0L LS2. As soon as I got to performance and select automatic as my transmission, the trinity says my calibration is not supported and that I must export the backup file and call diablo sport.
Here is a list of information from my trinity:
Serial: 6JXWT49-1
Part: gm_can_gas
Version: v.1r08h
Hardware: TRINITY
Bus: CAN
Saved Calid:
Saved VIN:
PCM:
12595929 (main os)
12595936 (System)
12595935 (Fuel System)
12595938 (Speedometer)
12595933 (Engine Diagnostic)
12595930 (Engine Operation)
12595727 (Slave Operating System)
12595932 (Engine)
TCM:
24232169 (Main OS)
24231998 (Transmission)
24232870 (Transmission Diagnostic)
24231996 (System)
I also attached the back up that it had done but thats all I can do. All the octane and performance tunes are missing and not compatible. All I get is Modify Stock Tune. I assume Diablo will need to make a new CROM version? What to do at this point?

RE: 2005 Chevy SSR Calibration not supported
sounds like you have an old engine calibration ID... you should have your dealer update your ecm/tcm to the latest GM updates....
then it should work...
diablo's closed for the holiday now and won't be back in the office until next Tuesday the 3rd...

RE: 2005 Chevy SSR Calibration not supported
Do you mean reflash them or replace them??
RE: 2005 Chevy SSR Calibration not supported
Reflash with a new calibration.
Go here and enter your VIN, it will tell you the latest Cals available for you, and you can see which ones need updating.

Thanks Mike,
The TCM looks good, but the PCM has a couple that have changed.
