Mpg tune?

Post by Crossman »

I've noticed people on these forums talking about MPG tunes for their vehicles and I've noticed that I don't have that tune available for my 2010 charger 3.5l. Is that tune only available for certain makes and models? I would love to be able to have that tune for when going on long trips.

If that tune isn't available, could a custom tune be made for that purpose? Also, is there any recommended adjustments that I could make to the octone tunes to help with MPG?

Yes, it is for specific models.

There has been interest for the 3.5's, it may be something that happens in the future.

Thanks

Would you recommend that I get a custom tune for this?

A custom tune should help with mileage.

rdss is correct, a custom tune can help with economy and power, plus it can be adjusted to your liking. You can use the dealer locator to find a CMR dealer that can help you locally, or use a mail order tuner like us to write custom tunes for you by email. Hope this helps.
