Customizing the Factory Tune?

My Predator was delivered today. In reading the small book that comes with it there was a topic under the "Installing the Performance Tune" called "Customizing the Factory Tune" and instructing me to read the chapter. My question is, where is this chapter? I could not find it in my book or on the website. I don't think I will use this option but I would like to know how if I need to. My main goal in all of this is to turn the AFM/DOD off in my new truck.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

choose the modify stock tune option to modify the stock tune.
