InTune not showing up on computer now

Hey guys,
When I got my InTune and plugged it into my computer, I was able to register it and everything else. Tody I was trying to drag and drop a fix having to do w/ "exit called" malfunction (when trying to access the axel ratio). The InTune icon did not appear on my lower screen (was plugged in), and got a message of USB device malfuntion. It also says device not recognized. The tool powers up, but I can't update w/ the exit called fix...is it "broken"?

had usb malfunction, reboot pc with intune NOT plugged in once booted plug into usb port, if that dont work try different port, happened right after update for me this morning

Now iI was able to transfer file by drag and drop....now unable to connect to tool via Dataviewer...still no icon in task bar.

did it update? is intune drive and intune cd showing up in mycomputer?

yes, it updated...but can't figure out why I would have intune CD show up in the drives...I don't have a CD insrted, but it still shos up as if one is there.
...and still no data view connect to the intune tool.

check top make sure the intune driver is installed, thats required to live stream data to the PC.

Ok dumb question... Where do I go to ensure the driver is installed. When I plugged the intune in for the first time it went through the install and everything was good except the inTune Driver. I did a manual update from the application. It seemed to update fine but the icon never showed up in the task bar. Not a big deal really I can see it under Computer as a Cd and the tunes under an external drive.

device manager will show you if the intune driver is installed...
