Dumb Questions for 3 GM Vehicles

Okay, so I am seriously considering purchasing the InTune device and I have a few questions. Here they are.

1. 2006 GTO M6: Can I disable the Post Cat O2 Sensor so I can run Off-Road exhaust?
2. 2008 Chevrolet 3500 HD Diesel: Can this device enhance this vehicle without a Power Puck?
3. 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3 V8 with a 6 Speed Auto box: Can this device currently or in the future a. Make the "M" mode of the automatic a true manual device (The tranny is always shifting killing fuel economy) b. Can this device make the "V-4" mode stay in longer?

The 2011 Silverado has terrible fuel economy, 15 MPG, and I REALLY want to improve this.

1. No. EPA won't let it happen. Need a custom tune.
2. Yes.
3. Why? Its a full size V8 pickup. Economy isn't getting much better then that.

And custom tunes are only available from a shop or with a $2500 license?
15 is good? Okay, its the first full size I owned. I had a one ton Ford with a 5.4 that got 17.2 at a steady 80 MPH, and was hoping to get there or better.

15mpg is GREAT. I get about 9-10 with my 6.2, in a CAR. I couldn't get 15 with my old Neon with its puny 2.0L I4.

WOW I get 25-27 with my GTO...LOL but I dont have a huge Eaton blower sitting on any of MY gas engines...Must be nice...
