T1000 not saving the stock tune file, 2002 Camaro SS

Screen on trinity says original backup not saved (-11)

If you click on more info

PCM: error prepare read (-1)

I had the PCM flashed back to stock at the dealership and the trinity is brand new, still having the same issue what should I try now?

Any aftermarket electronics?
Stereo. remote start?

Ive never run into this....I have a 99 Camaro and in all my testing on that car, never saw this.

Any chance you can try the trinity in a different vehicle?
