Trinity1000 "failed cut" software problem

Used trinity lot of times, but since few weeks I cannot upload or modify any tune(original or custom).
Algorithm:
Performance -> disclaimer(agree button) -> "failed cut" sign
Then pressing continue button and after words "wait a moment" trinity is reloading.
What happens and how could I upload factory tune now?

yes, he has a custom tune in the vehicle currently, which was done back in June 2011... so, the trinity WAS working fine/ok back then, heh...

Exactly! Custom tune is inside. Last time it was loaded in November to change stock tune that was loaded before getting car to a dealer. Few weeks ago I found that forgot to turn the speed limit off, so decided to use programmer for that and found the problem...

Just to change iol and oil filter as far as i had 4% oil life remaining.

dude, in 7-8 hours, there will be noone there... this is EASTERN TIME ZONE here in the U.S.

hours are 9am - 6pm eastern time, U.S.... you need to call in those hours..

so, you need to call when it's about 6pm - 3am your time.
