I have the u7198 2.13 and I'm trying to get the tune off the predator to email you guys. My computer does not have the 9 pin serial cable hook up, only usb. I bought a cable that has usb one end and serial other end. When I try to use the software it keeps saying comp setup failed and XModem timeout. Will this cable not work for what i'm trying to do?

I emailed you some instructions.
You likely need to set your baud rates and COM port settings.
