Still waiting for TCM support

So here is my factory TCM off the truck TCM_249179249493.grg and im still waiting for a new version other than this one that will actually write the tune onto my TCM. Dont mean to be impatient but when you spend 600 for a programmer you want to use the thing to its full potential. Here is the latest version i have uploaded onto my Trinity. 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 6.0L 6speed trans

obviosuly you have set the vehicle back to stock to update. under the show information screen what revision is shown. Is it the HM or something else.

If it is something else you will have to set the car back to stock then choose a random vehicle. then rechoose your vehicle to apply the update.

you should be supported in that hm update.

I'm having the same issue and the 1t08hl crom update would still only allow me to use the "Orginal Backup" for my TCM. What about the hm crom update????

I've already sent a copy of my PCM/TCM to [email protected] and talked to a rep on the phone and said that my calid would be added next update so should I be added in the hm update?

Alright man I'll give the hm a try and I'll let you know if it works on the TCM.

The hm file still doesnt support my transmission. Or at least it wont write the TCM but it will read it and here is my original TCM off the truck.

So you returned the truck to stock (orginal backup), updated the trinity, then reselected your type of truck in the options menu? And it still didnt work. Well then chances are the hm update probably wont work for my truck either since that is the exact issue I keep having.

Wondering if we can all be on the same page here first i pay 600 dollars for a programmer that if i would of known it wouldnt write the TCM sure wouldnt of bought it. Then for that last two weeks i keep being told that it will be prorgrammed by your GM guy but no idea on a date. Then when i call two days ago and talk to someone there he ask for the numbers off my TCM file that i included on here. He stated that my transmission is not listed in the HM update. Get on here today and you say that it should work. Come on really whats the facts here it should or shouldnt work and what kind of date am i looking at until i can actually use the TCM tune. Forgot to mention truck shifts like crap without it.

Yeah here's my TCM Orginal Backup. I just dont want to keep returning the truck to stock and updating just to reprogram it and still have the same problem of not being able to tune the TCM. When I had the 1r08h installed there wasnt an option to install the TCM tune so I called and posted and was told to try the 1t08hl and my calid should be included so I could adjust the tranny but I still had the same problem. Mike can you make sure and add mine too.

Everything you said Jason that was happening with the original 08h and then with the new updates is the exact same thing that was going on with me. So I know were both on the same boat with this problem.
