Can anyone tell me about this chip?

I bought this chip a couple of years ago from a guy on another forum. It was for a 4.2L v6 F-150, same as my truck so I bought it but I never had it reburned. I don't know if it is a single or multi bank chip, I don't know how much it would cost to be reburned. Can anyone give me some information? The only reason I even came here was because it says diablosport.com on the back.

These are black CMR Revolution chips. Only a CMR dealer can program them. They look to be older 1bank 4 bank style. Its not the newer Delta style.
If you want someone to re-burn these chips it will have to be a CMR dealer in your area. Please refer to our Dealer searchs by zip code to find a local dealer in your area.

Thank you for the information. Can you please give me a little more information though? You mention it is the "older 1bank 4 bank style"

Does that mean it will hold more than one tune? If so, does that mean there is supposed to be a switch with it and if that is the case where can I buy that switch?
