Stupid question

Ok I finally got my update on the tuner so I could change the tune.
Anyway I left something plugged in in the silverado while I changed the tune. When it was finished it said tune complete you can now drive the vehicle. When I unplugged the tuner and went to start the truck the battery had died to a point where I could not start the truck. I charged the battery and everything is fine but my stupid question is do I have to redo the tune?

No, the tune is on there. Once its written, its there, dead battery or not.
