anyone in CA had trouble passing smog after using tune?

I have the U7146 predator for '98 Cobra. Had been using Perf tune. Switched back to factory tune to get my smog test and failed. Some of the tests they perform are reading "not ready" when they try to get a reading. I've put 200 miles on it since re-installing the factory tune and I still get 3 "not ready" emissions codes.

Anyone have the same experience or something similar? The Diablo folks want to blame it on the vehicle. It runs fine and passed smog before I used the Predator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you selected the Factory HP tune, this is not the Original Backup. To restore the Original Backup you need to go to Options, Troubleshooting, and select Restore Original Backup.

To verify you have restored the Original Backup you can go to Options and select Show Last Tune Written, it should say Original Backup, if it does not then go through the steps I said previously.
