They were open according to the hours posted. 6PM Eastern Time on Fridays. I called at 4:45PM and finally hung up at 6:05PM.

The time stamps on the posts are incorrect.

the auto-updater says Not Responding because the inTune tool is updating, so it disconnects itself from your PC... that's fine and normal...

let the inTune update... don't interrupt it..

once it's done, it will reboot and you'll be good to go...

Picked up an inTune today. Had troubles 1 and 2

1. getting it to connect up to my Mac. So I tried an old laptop I have here, windows8. After fumblamamaging around with this for awhile, and some frustrations I tried something else. I went through the drawer and tried different USB cords. Et Voila! It worked and finally connected up to both the Mac and the PC. So, for those folks having connection problems, try a different cord. It may solve your problem.

2. on the time and length. "not responding" message in the program on the PC. Yeah, it does that. Just WAIT. The next thing it does is says do not unplug. I imagine this is while it is copying file over to the inTune. Finally, it takes awhile to reboot. what looks like to me is that it is unpacking and writing the db files, one by one. So be patient, go grab a beer, watch some Duck Dynasty, get another beer, watch some more ... then check the inTune. It will eventually finish up and be good to go. It does not go any faster if you sit and stare at it an fiddle with anything.

Maybe this helps, maybe not. The time it took for me to get the updates onto my inTune:
- 30 minutes trying my Mac/PC and rechecking connections and computer configurations. (no changes had to be made)
- 1 beer and 15 minutes thinking
- 5 minutes to find my other USB cords. another 5 minutes to get to the cord that worked.
- 25 minutes for the inTune.exe program to run and finish the downloads
- 45 minutes for the inTune Tool to finish unpacking-verifying-writing the db files onto itself

So yeah, not a 5 minute update folks. Plan a couple hours.

Hey Guys, Just noticed I posted this question in the MAC/Non Windows Issues so I copied :crashing: here.

Sent an email last night but just to follow up; I have been attempting to update my inTune i1000 but it appears to have hung up. It initially downloaded a few files then gave the typical warning regarding not to unplug and that it would reset automatically. Well, it is just sitting there not doing anything and I am hesitant to disconnect and restart it myself. It currently shows 1r04d as the application firmware with a complete list of tuning files that show (OK) beside them.
What should I do now?
Help please!!!!

unplug it, wait a few seconds, then reconnect it to your computer and it should pick up where it left off and complete the updates.

Ok that worked for a few minutes. Long enough to update a few files and auto restart but now it is say it has an error and to contact support using Calibration ID:56029248AB. Status: Error

What now?
