how do u switch a trinity to another car and save ur custom tune on the tunner

you can't... you have to restore original backup stock tune to the current vehicle in order to unlock/reset the trinity so that you can use it on a different supported vehicle... and when you restore the original backup to the vehicle, the tool gets reset, all custom tunes get erased from it, etc...
when you go to use it on the first vehicle again, you will need to first install a diablo tune to the vehicle so that it saves the backup of the original stock tune in it again, and then you will need to import the custom tune file back into it again....
