INTUNE HELP - 2007 SRT8 Jeep

Hoping you could help me out. Just got my Intune. Updated via the web.
plugged it in my 2007 Jeep SRT8, asked to update for Jeep. Brought it
back in and did that on the PC. Plugged it back in the Jeep.

Message comes up "Determining vehicle info, please turn ignition to "on" pos'n.
Done. Then new message:
"Calibration update is ready to install. Install now?"

Pressing yes get me " Wiriting Tune: 1%"
then "an error occurred while installing calibration update"
"Continue"
clicking continue gets me:
"Itune is in recovery mode: continue?"
yes/no
Yes replays this scenario, no gets me :
"No ECU's found. Check ignition Key"
with a green checkmark after. which just keeps coming back
after I press it.

Lets try to get that unit back to a brand new state will require a few codes etc so if please give us a call and we will see if we can get you through this or take note to fix the issue.

does the vehicle run currently.

vehicle is running fine. check engine light is on though
