inTune freezes after last update

After the last update for the inTune, it always freezes when dataloging with DV, it only works for 2 or 3 seconds and it freeze, before the update it was working!!

after the GM Tune Db 1r01b, I don't know if it have something to do, but I start having this issue after that automatic update

I try a different USB cable and with another laptop (2 windows 7 and 1 windows xp) and the issue is the same!

I have been using my inTune for a few weeks now without any problems. A few days ago when I plugged it into my computer it installed the update. I thought everything went well but the next time I tried to plug it into the computer I couldn't access the CD drive of the inTune anymore. Now all I can see is the inTune drive with the logs and the tunes. The inTune says that it is still version 1r01C. I went to the 'Devices and Printers' area of my computer and it appears that I have all of the current drivers installed. If I try to access the CD drive I get the following error: "Windows can't access this disk. The disk might be corrupt. Make sure that the disc uses a format that Windows recognizes. If the disk is unformatted, you need to format it before using it." Everything else appears to be working fine with the inTune.

save this to the intune drive and let it import the file then the cd rom drive should reappear.
