I have a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee Hemi and just got my intune. When I first plugged it in it told me that a pcm calibration was needed. I plugged it in and it did an auto update and I went about tuning the jeep. I came from a superchips flashpaq and was running the 87 tune with noticeable improvement. The intune 87 tune and performance tcm tune did nothing for performance, throttle response, or transmission. Only thing it odd change was the correct speedometer reading for my tire size.

I went to plug it back in to change the tune and or adjust parameters and it said the ecu was not found. I tried doing a restore and it gave me the pcm calibration needed message as well. Now when I try to update via computer it only lets me view the files and it doesn't recognize the tuner. It says the device has no driver...What is going on? This is my 2nd Intune in a weeks time as the first one did nothing when plugged in. I'm Very dissatisfied with this product so far. Can someone please help?

plug the tool into a PC and run the updater, if it does not auto update, click update/check now.

I tried that. As posted above it says the intune has no driver... I've tried to install it again and again. Nothing happens. All it allows me to do is open files for logs, tunes, and info. It says there is no driver. I've also tried on another computer. Same results.

I am going to email you some files to drag and drop into the 'inTune' drive.

Again there is no drive.... There is files for logs, tunes, and info. I cannot access anything on the driver.

WHY are the bc= and the id= opposite for each tool

How am i suppose to load a driver and log in as an administrator when all that happens when I plug in the tuner is a window pops up with just the three folders for logs, tunes, and info??

Also there is no icon in the lower right or left of the computer. It just shows the device as a cd and a h drive.

open the diablosport drive, then right click the intune.exe and select run as, then select administrator.

Mike, there is no drive!! Nothing! The only thing that comes up when plugged in is the folders I mentioned... np icon no nothing..

the info.xml file lives in the intune drive, and there should also be a diablosport drive when you have the intune plugged into your PC.

exactly! that's what mike is talking about

those are the inTune drives that show up in your Windows Explorer...

you won't get the icon in the lower right of your screen until you go into the intune's "cd drive" and run the intune.exe as administrator like mike has been saying for you to do...

But I have tried that.. to no avail I can't find a intune.exe file.
