My itune just costed me $38000 for 2008 Sierra

Post by bposton »

2008 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3. I have spent a lot of money in this truck. I am riding on 38" Nittos and lifted about 10 inches total. I bought an itune and now it will not do anything but sit there. I bought the programmer to calibrate tire size with speedometer. little reading and research the following day I was going to and some power. I plugged the itun in and tried to backup tune. It is now stuck and says there is an error press yes to continue. then it pops up to attach cable to vehicle. My truck will not do ANYTHING. I was on the phone with tech support waiting for someone to pickup the phone for hour and a half. What do I do?

Try disconnecting your battery for 20 minutes that should reset the ECM.
