Trinity T1000 2010 Camaro SS Can't upload 2 custom tunes

Hi Support,

I cannot load 2 custom tunes at the same time. DS Downloader states it uploads successfully, but when I attempt to load to the car:

Problem with Custom Tune 249179246432 (this is the number of the original TCM Backup).

This needs to be resolved please. 2010 Camaro SS/RS L99 A6 Transmission.

yeah... Johan, I worked with him for a while, even remote connected to do the imports myself... and it appears the T43 issue of not being able to do both custom tunes is still an issue...

both custom tunes (pcm and tcm) import to the trinity fine... but when connecting to the vehicle and trying to install the custom PCM tune AND the custom TCM tune to the vehicle, he gets errors...

if we import only one of the custom tunes to the trinity (pcm or tcm custom tune) and then install only that one custom tune to the car, and then select the diablo canned tune for the other tune to install, it works fine...

but when we import both the pcm and tcm custom tunes to the trinity, and then try to install both custom tunes to the car, he gets errors - it does not work...

so yeah, definitely need a fix for this issue....

Hmm, i have been doing this for a while on these, e38's and e67's , the only time i have gotten that error is if i load up the custom tunes and do not power the unit down before i plug it back into the vehicle, you try this?

??? he imported the custom tunes to the trinity from his PC... then he disconnects and goes to his car to try to install the tunes... so yeah, the trinity is powered down after the tune import...

are you trying to load the stock tcm backup as a custom tune?

no haha... I did it myself man, remotely connected to his pc and did it... so yes, it was done correctly

sure you didnt use his unsupported TCM backup as a base file?

I used his fresh updated backups right from the trinity, both when I created the custom tunes and when importing them into the trinity...

if it was a backup file issue, it wouldn't work if we did them one at a time either, but it does...

we can do the custom ecm tune by itself, and it works/installs fine.. we can do the custom tcm tune by itself, and it works/installs fine...

we do both custom tunes together, and he gets the error when he tries to install to the car...

Hi Mike I need more details..... What do you mean try to save to disc? All the tunes are loading up to the Tool just fine. It is when we load them up to the car we have the problem. Since Lew's Tune and the Diablo TCM Tune load up at the same time I am having a problem understanding why file size would make a difference.

What are the next steps here guys? Mike it sounds like you and Johan are not convinced there really is a problem. Keep in mind we attempted this at least 4 times. Lew tried it twice through the remote connection. You guys literally just added support for my specific transmission calibration last week. Does this have an impact on core functionality? Please advise.

load the tunes in the advanced tune tab, then click 'save to disc'.
This will create a single file with both tunes, then load that by clicking send tune file to tool, it will not ask for a base file, lemme know.

OK so once it is turned into one file you want me to send it to the tool as one Custom Tune? When I load this tune to my car it is going to be smart enough to know it is really 2 separate tunes in one file and load them properly?
