09 RAM HEMI can not load original data

Just got my intune, updated it for my vin. Hooked it up to my truck and it updated my pcm. Now it recognizes my truck and lets me choose from all the diablo tunes. It goes to write the original data and cannot write it. I can hear it running all the cycles throughout my system. But it always fails. Any help or updates would be great!

I did notice the same problem in another post for the same vehicle. hope its not that bad!

when does it fail exactly?

the calibration update went through 100%?

The calibration did go through %100 percent. It updated it completely and lets me chose a tune. When I choose the 87 tune, it goes to load the backup, it says it cannot load the backup info

please give us a call in the morning with the tool powered up in the truck and we'll sort it out.
