Power Puck Switch...

Post by Smitty3500 »

I have a 04.5 600 Cummins. I just purchased a Power Puck and happy with the power increase. I have read many of these threads about which posistion of the swtich = what power level.

I am convinvced that switched to the side with the notch is the 90hp setting which feels the best. EGT's will climb to 1200+ with a empty truck.

I called to confirm the conflicting stories and now am being told something different. I was under the impression to the notch side is 90, the middle is stock and the oppiste 60. I was told on the phone that the Notch side is 90, then 60 in the middle stock on the other side. Hard to tell in the seat of the pants for the 60 or stock.

What is the correct claim here?? :?:

According to my rail pressure, the notch IS 90, the middle IS stock and opposite of the notch IS 60.

Watching reil pressure would be the BEST method for making this determination.
