How to get better throttle response #7198 2000 Z28 camaro

How can I obtain better throttle response, when Im going about 30mph and I step on the gas it lags to respond please help, what kind of maro is this LOL.

what are your normal driving/cruising ltft numbers at?? what's your PE rpm ranges set at??
