Intune wont load

Just bought the inTune and it wont load tried in two different vehicles and even on the computer, but it will not load and turn on. The red bar makes it 3/4 of the way and stops. What gives?

it's the weekend man.. nobody works the weekends....
you will have to call tech support, monday - friday, 9am - 5:30pm eastern standard time.. and the the tool with you powered up...
