Can you remove check engine light for EGR delete on 6.0L?

Ok, I have a 2006 F250 Diesel and put an EGR delete kit on it. I have a Diablo Predator that I haven't used, and have never upgraded it. The sticker on the back of it says 2005 6.0. I bought it shortly after I got the truck.

Anyway, after having the delete kit put on, the check engine light came on. I had some other service work done to the truck and the dealer said I need to get a custom tuner to remove the light.

I searched that on the internet and there are tuners that say they have custom tunes for this. Can I do this with the programmer I have or would I need to get something different?
