printing too small to read.Predator u9r28, 2010 Challenger RT, Cant get tool to update latest crom.Get to tool found,click on express tune mode.Then nothing happens, yesterday it told me reconnect and try again, three times today no message but same results.yesterday got u7135 9r29 on my desktop. I have 7 u7135 9r30 in my downloads, but cant get upgrade tool to appear.I've tried before and was unsuccessful. but since an economy tune was added, I'd like to have that.BTW need a new eyeglass rx and my hearing is even worse making telephone conversations almost impossible.

are you saying you dont see the 'update tool' button on the express tune page?

Now I cant get to page with latest crom, the only one listed on my desktop is the 9r29

Three times I got download failed, assume you went home, Things I did,reinstalled driver rebooted,switched usb connections, never could get to downloads page , used one of the 7 I downloaded earlier. Tool asked me to repower, did so and d/l failed almost immediately.I know it worked previously as that's how
I got revision 9r28crom.
But as I recall it too was a biatch!

Oh boy, my tool is broke" The application is missing or corrupt"connected to pc or not.Not even going to attempt to connect to my vehicle.Send step by step instructioons to get my tool operating again.

Tried to load 9r28,series of error messages then d/l failed.Tool will not reboot....Same message as above

I'm here. What are you going to do about my broken tooll?

a response would be appreciated. I will be away from my Pc for a short time, but will leave my pc on.

there are instruction on the DSDownloader that explain how to fix application missing or corrupt, if you can't get it to go, Id suggest you give us a call with the tool powered up at the PC so we can help you out.

Am I being ignored on purpose.Have an appointment with my atty on another matter.Simply tell me how to fix my tool or return it for repairs.

I tried calling,didn't understand autophone message, then was disconnected. I am nearly deaf n the phone.
