Cannot update my new Intune

just recieved my new intune, connected to the car (10 Challenger RT 6spd) and it says it is "not supported" and to update it. Connected it to my PC as instructed, says "installation failed". Went to the directory to manually launch it, there isnt any .exe file contained on it.

run the updater again and let it do it automatically.

make sure you dont have any firewalls running that may get in the way...

ok... i plugged it into my comp, it (the intune) came on but nothing happen on my comp. I have tried to go into the explorer to find the .exe file (as instructed) but there isnt such a file there.

Ok, all seems good now. I called the tech line and worked through it. I have installed the 91 CAI tune, but will have to wait until later today to drive it. Does this tune remove the skip shift?

what if i have the skip shift harness already installed, do i need to take it off?
