I've been running the Intune for a couple weeks now on my '05 GC Hemi on the 91 tune and the perfomance tcm tune. Everything is great except the trans doesn't seem to want to hit 5th gear/lockup until around 75mph. Then if i coast down from 75mph it downshifts into 4th around 68-70mph(no throttle load at all) and then won't hit 5th gear/lockup until I'm at or above 75mph. I am running 315/70/17 tires but have them entered as 33" tires since that's the closest they measure out to and the speedo is accurate.

On the Superchips Flashpaq I was running it shifted perfectly and would lockup in 5th gear around 50-55mph. As soon as I started running the Intune the issue arose. I've talked to a couple CMR tuners and they've all told me it's something w/the intune software and not something they can control on a '05. Can somebody here tweak the software to where it locks up in high gear like it did stock?

How do i go about doing that?

the files are int he tunes folder on the intune drive.

Just drag and drop onto here? Pcm and tcm tune?

Here ya go. Let me know if you need the data log as well. Just for the record it started doing this as soon as I started running any of the Diablo tunes as well as a CMR. Take it off and go back to Superchips and all was well w/5th gear/lockup.

Mikel I would also like to say on the stock tune it would hit 5th gear/lockup as it should normally. So I know it has something to do with the Intune file itself. The CMR TCM tune I received did seem to help considerably in shifting quality over the canned performance tune.

I have to believe it's something in the software in the intune or CALID update that is causing this to happen as it doesn't happen when set to stock or put back on the Superchips tune. Only when the Intune is loaded on the jeep in any state, stock trans tune, performance tune, or CMR.

and you have not loaded any custom tunes?
this is the canned tune as loaded in the Predator by default?

This happened on every tune loaded since I received the intune. Like I said it never happened when set back to completely stock or when the Superchips flashpaq was loaded.
