Error when registering for key

my truck is 2004 dodge ram 1500 hemi 5.7L

looks like you did not fillout all of the required fields?

i did fill them out - i just blanked them out so the internet doesnt take my info..

so, you fill it out, then it gives the error?

that is correct, i have tried it on 3 diffrent computers. same error.

Do you happen to have a list of upgrades for the intune?

it would be helpful to have that available so users can see if they need an update or not.

also i noticed that on the product sheet for the intune that you state that it has 1 gig of memery, but mine says it has 92mb free of 92mb (im assuming 100mb space)

Also - the registration PIN - how do i get that? i put my email address and hit next- and it tells me to finish entering in all the information.

do i need the registration pin?

once you fill in all the required info, it should email you the PIN

yah i havnt recieved any pin. but i dont know if it sends my info out to you guys because of that error

i never got a pin emailed either so i just registered on the website is this ok and will it work MikeL

well, registering through the website never tells your tool it is registered, so it will keep asking you to do it...

Mike I'm sorry i meant when I registered it on my pc I filled out all the info it asked for and a thing popped up saying registration was successful but I never got any kind of email with a code afterregistering

The only clue that it worked is it won`t ask you to register again if it worked.

I'm having the same exact issue as BAXD. Any ideas?
