2005 Chryler 300c (5.7L) - Can't restore factory tune

Hey Folks,
Got an intune about a month ago and despite a number of hiccups/lockups of the device I've managed to get a 91 CAI tune onto my 2005 Chryler 300C (5.7L) which makes me happy, but I'm unable to restore the factory tune. When I do, it appears to finish 100% then it tries to restore shift firmness and shift points which I've also changed, says those failed, and then says the restore failed. I've tried changing those manually back to stock, applying the 91cai tune again, which is successful, then going back to stock, but same issue. I've also noticed that about 30% of the time the intune will tell me it can't find an ECU, then it'll try again and find it. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 tries, or a reboot of the device. This is all while ensuring the key is in the correct position and the cable is firmly connected at both ends.
Anyone got any ideas?
My info.xml looks like:
I tried emailing tech support on January 26. I got a reply that they didn't receive my info.xml through the website, so I emailed it, but I haven't heard back since. I followed up a week later on Feb 03 but still no response. Unfortunately their telephone hours of operation don't work very well with my schedule, so email/forums work best.
Thanks,
Scott
