intune problem

My intune is freezing up and won't let me use through the USB or the OBD2 cable...It starts to load then 5 secs in between the L and the O in Diablo it freezes, The computer doesn't even see it as a drive.

So it never makes it to the main menu?

if so, lets see if you can get it swapped out with the retailer.

uhh, the reseller would be me... you know I carry no stock to swap it out with, heh...

no tricks you have to force it to do anything??

wait Lonestar... were you able to put the custom tune on it at all??? cuz I know you used the intune before and it worked ok, because you sent me your files for a custom tune....

fill out the RMA form to get it sent in to diablo to check it out/fix it...

Here same problem my INTUNE freeze and won't turn on after initial screen appear look like don't find nothing inside a send a ticket to tech support please let me know a ssoon as you can
