Can not communicate with Predator using DataViewer

I have a PC7140 Predator that came with a ProCharger kit and I am trying to use the Data Viewer to extract the data from the tool so I can send it to ProCharger to correct the tune. It seems to recognize the tool but when it tries to acquire info from the tool it will get the "Problem detected" error in the lower right corner and won't go any further.

I think I figured it out. I was using the wrong version of Data Viewer.

Now I am getting the "An unsupported operation was attempted" when I try to view the log that I uploaded from the Predator.

This is with CMR_DAT or the DataViewer?

Try this: Uninstall CMR_DAT. Delete all files that might have been left behind. Download and reinstall CMR_DAT.

A solution to the "unsupported operation" error has been posted at the top of the FAQ:
