A lot of new 5.0L Ford Truck owners are having the same issue yet they offer an update for the explorers?!?! WTF! I don't know why they would advertise that they support the 2011 5.0 F150 but in reality it is only certain PCMs. My truck is also an '11 so they indicate that the Trinity will work on it but I am getting the exact same error as you.....very frustrating after spending $600 for a doorstop. I thought that Diablosport was more reputable than this.

We were able to get this added on Friday, but we just wanted a little more time to test it internally before giving it out.
I will post it here on Mon day as soon as they have finished testing it.
Thanks

Many Many thanks MIke for getting this out for us. Out of curiosity, what caused the issue? Was it the specific PCM that the 5.0L truck w/ the 6sp select shift have?
Also, I am running E85 corn fuel, would it be better to run the high octane performance tune or the 87 octane performance tune?
Thanks!

it was just that new specific calibration they put in your truck, just took some work to get it added.
Id run the 93 tune with E85 assuming it is a flex fuel truck for sure.

Yes...it is a flex fuel truck...I thought all of the '11-'12 5.0L F-150's were? The 93 tune is what I loaded....the E85 is 105 octane....and man...it runs like a bat outta hell now! It even barked the tires on a downshift to 1st at WOT while rolling thru an intersection! Plenty of power and tighter shifts....I hope that it might even pick up some mpg now! Not bad for a 4 door heavy truck.....now if i just swap the 3.55 for 3.73 or 4.10 it would really run!
Thanks again for fixing the program!

well i've been running the 87 program for a while and i've noticed my milage has improved(13.1l/100km to 11.4l/100km@100kmh)my idle has smoothed out and my afe intake & borla exhaust sound less "growlly"eccelleration is smoother, overall happy so far,it would be better if you could completly disable traction control(its active every time i accelerate now)can't wait till spring to try the 93octane tune,on a side note did the peak horsepower and torque rpm numbers change on the dynoruns?(handy for setting shift lights)
