revs........

hi folks i have a buddy with a '99 stroke with an automatic. he has a predator i do not know the part # but it runs fine thrilled to death with the performance and he is wondering what the stock revs are at and if the predator raises the revs,and if it does what will it rev too? thanks in advance!
