2007 magnum srt 8 intune will not load

as stated got my intune yesterday have regestartion and all done on computer will not backup factory tune or load tune onto car ideas??
no updates from computer it says intune current etc.

what does it say when you try to tune the truck?

I had a similar problem today with my 2007 300C SRT-8.
Something seemed to be turning on in the trunk and stopping the backup from finishing.
Eventually, I got it to go all the way through but it only just completed before the noise from the trunk started.
