o2 sensor trouble codes

o6 mustang keeps trippiing trouble codes p01350, p0155, p1000.
I turned off front and rear o2 sensors on the tuner U7140 and the codes still come on. It has a custom 93 octane race tune from b***ma and long tube headers,off road h-pipe, steeda UDP, fordracing CMCVD plates, roush mufflers, C&L street CAI.
Please someone come up with a solution that check engine light is driving me crazy!
