06 Ram 1500

Hi all,
I have an 06 Ram with the 5.7. I am running a 10 series flowmaster with dual tailpipes, and a K&N CAI. I have the Predator 7137.
I am running the 91 octane performance tune but am getting some pinging/Detonating on lighter throttle starts, getting up to speed. It doesn't seem to do it when I really mash on her. I am running 93 octane in it.
Any suggestions?

Yes. Without a log theres no way to know if the engine is actually knocking or if its something else making noise. Hemi's make a lot of extraneous noises, that are completely normal.

I have the same issue, but does this with the stock tune also. My logs show nothing on knock, i believe this is just noise created from removing the noise reducing 'intake box' on the engine. I only have that ticking / pinging noise when i install my cold air intake. My greater concern has been with the MDS kicking in & out making a rather loud 'bang' during the MDS engagement, which doesnt happen running the stock tune, but learned to live with it for the power. :)

My hope however is Diablo gifts us with the ability to adjust 4th & 5th / overdrive shift controls for our 06's.
