Hi all,
I have an 06 Ram with the 5.7. I am running a 10 series flowmaster with dual tailpipes, and a K&N CAI. I have the Predator 7137.
I am running the 91 octane performance tune but am getting some pinging/Detonating on lighter throttle starts, getting up to speed. It doesn't seem to do it when I really mash on her. I am running 93 octane in it.
Any suggestions?

Yes. Without a log theres no way to know if the engine is actually knocking or if its something else making noise. Hemi's make a lot of extraneous noises, that are completely normal.

I have the same issue, but does this with the stock tune also. My logs show nothing on knock, i believe this is just noise created from removing the noise reducing 'intake box' on the engine. I only have that ticking / pinging noise when i install my cold air intake. My greater concern has been with the MDS kicking in & out making a rather loud 'bang' during the MDS engagement, which doesnt happen running the stock tune, but learned to live with it for the power.
My hope however is Diablo gifts us with the ability to adjust 4th & 5th / overdrive shift controls for our 06's.
