Just got my intune today, updated it and everything. Went out to plug into my car to write a tune and locks up when identifying vehicle.. Please Help

If you post exactly what it says/does it would probably be easier to help you out......Probably going to have to call DS with the tool plugged in and powered up.

After I select write tune, it says turn vehicle key to on, then it tries to read my vehicle type. While reading the vehicle type it stalls with the circle thing frozen. BTW, the first time I plugged it in, it did notice my vehicle, but said it wasn't supported so I downloaded an update.

give us a call with the tool powered up at the PC please.

this is the exact same problem Im seeing when I hook my i1000 to my 2007 dodge ram 1500 with 5.7 hemi...

I got my intune in today and also get the exact same thing. it freezes up when it is trying to identify my 2009 ram
