trouble codes

I have three trouble codes they are

1. P0263
2. Po266
3. P1000

2005 ford f250 diesel does anyone know what they mean? The truck was shuttering bad and at one time just about lost all power but truck was still running

Do you have a tune installed? Do the codes clear if you restore the Original Backup?

The 3rd code is a general code but the other 2 mean "Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance Fault" and "Cylinder 2 Contribution/Balance Fault"

I did a little research and it seems that most of the time these codes are thrown because of bad injectors.
