Trinity unable to tune due to corrupt backup file?

Trinity T1000.
2011 Corvette Grand Sport.
I am trying to load the Diablo tune but I get an error message saying that it was unable to write the tune due to a corrupt back-up file? Anyone know how to solve this?

Call in within the next half hour so they can reset everything. They close at 5:00EST today.

he already has a tune installed on the car too... so the original backup is not on the car...
will have to wait until Monday now when tech support is back in the office...

Called tech support. They reset the Trinity and was able to put the stock tune back on. They informed me to update the tuner to the newest software. Issue resolved. Thanks for all your help.
