I got my Intune in today. After hooked up to the computer it says it is up to date.i go to hook up to my ram and when it get to the point where it says ' turn ignition on' to identify the truck, I turn the ignition on and it just freezes and does nothing. This is getting very frustrating . Please help.

mine is doing the same thing on my 09
