ok searched the whole website found a few other topics of people having the same problem but never no way how to fix it

When first plugging it in it has to download your back up files when it tells me to turn the key on it doesnt realize that its on then it sends an error message and ends program

Someone help please

this could be an issue with the tool, can you try it in another vehicle?
