Foxbody tuner questions?

Just got a 1986 mustang and the guy said it had a diablosport tuner and it has a switch that he said u could switch from 91 octane to racing fuel. Just wondering if I could get some more info on it? Like what tuner it is or what?

uhhh, there are no programmers for a 1986... no such thing for those old vehicles...

Could be a Switch Chip. I don't think Diablo sold those though.

I did some research n I'm thinking it's the Delta chip?

I don't think they ever offered a DeltaChip for the early Fox.

It says 88 to 04 for the ford deltachip so maybe this could be it? It looks like the switch that is in my car?

An 88 chip won't work on an 86. The 86 uses Speed Density air metering. In 88 they started with Mass Air, I think. My 90 had Mass Air, so if it wasn't 88 it was sometime between then and 1990.
