'05 Jeep GC cannot restore factory tune...

Amongst other issues with the intune the latest is I now cannot restore the factory tune. It starts to and then freezes at the restoring tire size screen. Each time I've waited 15-20 minutes and it never changes or does anything... How do I get past this screen and get my factory tune reinstalled?

Not sure whats happening there, have you updated the unit?
If it wont restore, please give us a call and we'll get it going for you.

Was on hold twice this past week w/tech support. Each time was over 45 minutes. Not impressed w/customer service in the least. Superchips people were Johnny on the spot.
