ihave the u7130 and was wondering if the programer i got will work on my o6 ..well i know it work work on it .but my question is will i have to get new programer or can i get new flash for mine thanks

I think it is $99 to have it changed to an '06. As far as I know it will NOT work the way it is unless it is a really late made '05.
