Intune freezez when I press Write Vehicle ( Jeep TJ 2006 )

I Tried to connect my Intune to my jeep wrangler sport 2006, when i make press write vehicle it freezes as below pictures, everything else is working properly like DTC & Data Logging . Called Diablo Sport, made a reset for the intune,( coasted me around 15$, because am calling from Amman Jordan ), and it still freezes

It is updated to the latest releases.

Just call.the tech line and they'll hook u up. I think a lot of dodge and Chrysler owners are having this problem. I did with my ram. Just call and they'll walk u through it.

I called them and made a reset, what did they do with you when you called them ??!!!

They should of reset your device if you called them. You'll have to get back on a pc and reupdate the itune, then try it out. Thats what I did and it worked for me.

I did that, called them and made a reset then updated my intune. but still the same probem

I called yesterday, made a reset for my intune, and Vas sent me a file on my email and IT WORKED At Last.

Heno, glad they took care of you in a timely fashion! How's the TJ driving now?

It's more active, definitely better than stock. I am trying the 87 octane tune but Still checking if I have more mpg. But I can't adjust my 31 inches on it, its not supported. And I can't find the COT option to turn it off.

there is no COT for dodge applications...did you remove the cats?

If tire size is not working, please go to settings/tool info/vehicle info and tell me what the calid is.

Yes Mike i did remove the cats and I installed K&N Round Tapered (Cone) filter on the stock air intake pipe, the cats were blocked long time ago and the mechanic recommended the Predator for me.
