intune worked and now it dosnt!

I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get this thing to update for my pcm on my 2010 challenger rt. I finally got it working,installed a 91 cai tune,went for a ride,plugged it back in and now its saying it isnt updated again!!!!!!!!!!! What happened? Help!

What is it saying when you plug it in to the vehicle, exactly?
