My intune worked and now it dosnt! please help

I spent 2 hours on the phone today updateing my intune and it worked fine. I went to plug it in later and its telling me it dosnt recognize my pcm. Again! I tryed plugging it back into my computer but it isnt working. Iam not very good with computers,i dont know whats going on but u should probably work out the bugs before releaseing a new product like this. Its a 2010 challenger r/t. Its very comforting to see all the other mopar posts on here. Very incouraging. Please help me!
