2008 Jeep WK 5.7 not starting.

I recently purchased an InTune and decided to try it out this morning on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7L. After updating on the computer and following all directions, I plugged it in and upon confirmation, turned my vehicle to the ON position. The InTune said that it had an update for the vehicle and would install. After confirming, the unit updated itself and then said there was a PCM update for the vehicle. I accepted and half way through writing it stopped and said the update had failed, which then proceeded to set off every problem sensor in the vehicle. The InTune went into recovery mode and tried to write again, but once again failed. Now I'm stuck with the InTune in recovery mode, and my Jeep won't start. I'm at work now and won't be able to do any fixing until later tonight. But still, any ideas?
