Is AutoStick Upshift Enabled for Default Perf Tune?

Is AutoStick Upshift enabled on the default CAI 93 tune? In general, How do I find out the defaults for this tune?

The defaults are however the car is set up stock.
If you have auto upshift in the car, that is the stock default.
