power puck and fuel rail pressure

Have run D7159 with great results and no problems for about 6 months.
Twice in last month have gotten DTC code P0193, indicating fuel rail pressure
sensor curcuit high input. First time my truck ( 06 Ram 2500 ) continued to run OK. Disconnect power puck. DTC light went out next day. 2nd time,
DTC light came on and truck stumbled and hesitated like it was gonna stop running.....while cruising at 45mph down the road. Disconnected puck and
drove home with no problems. Can somebody tell me whats up ?????
